Good news! Variispeed have made expensive extraction controlling, cheap and effective – revolutionising the fan speed controller world. Reducing the fan speed, means significantly reduced noise levels. You can plug your AC extraction fan directly into the Variispeed unit and then plug the unit into the wall. No wiring is required. You can manually control the fan speed by turning the knob on the front of the unit as and when required. If you have an extraction fan that is more than 8 inch or 300w we would recommend a heavier duty fan speed controller such as the Control Freak with thermostat which can handle up to 5 amps.
