Metu Fast Clamp

The Metu Fast Clamp is the ultimate clamp for connecting your ventilation equipment. High quality clamp made out of strong galvanised steel with polyethylene foam. One bolt fixing ensures quick and trouble free fitting.

The foam will seal up to a 4mm difference in duct sizes. These clamps form strong mechanical joins that mean you can connect CarboAir filters directly to fans therefore removing the need to use two clamps and a section of ducting.

How to use the Metu Fast Clamp

Measure the flange size of either your carbon filter or extraction fan to ensure that the clamp will form a tight seal between the filter and fan. Once you know the size of the flange you will need to match the size of the flange with the size of the Metu Clamps. For example, a 4 Inch (100mm) filter would require the 4 Inch (100mm) clamp. To connect the clamp onto your fan or filter simply unscrew the single bolt on the side of the clamp using an allen key. This will allow room for the clamp to slide over the flange. Push the clamp onto the fan or filter and then, while holding steady, insert the ventilation equipment you wish to connect together into the other side. Then simply fasten the bolt to secure the equipment.
