It can all depend on the plants that you are growing, but as a rule of thumb, you should aim for the following key aspects for your grow room:
24oC – 28oC while your grow lights are on
22oC – 23oC while your grow lights are off
Humidity (Relative Humidity RH)
Humidity levels can vary depending on the stage of the plant’s life cycle.
- 70 – 85% for propagation
- 65 – 75% for vegetative growth
- 45 – 65% for flowering or bloom phases
Co2 levels are measured in ppm (parts per million). You should aim for between 1000ppm – 1200ppm for up to 40% faster growth.
