Since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, we’ve been absolutely swarmed with support and orders from the growing community – as a result of this, we’ve been experiencing higher than usual, volumes of emails and calls; please bare with us! Delayed Deliveries
Sometimes, but rarely, parcels aren’t always delivered on-time; this is usually because of challenges faced by the courier (DPD, Royal Mail, Hermes, etc.). Our team at A1M Hydro always dispatch packages and orders the same-day you order them (*before 4pm). To track a order click ‘Orders Portal‘.
